Ternary CuInS quantum dots were synthesized by decomposition of precursor,and the effects of synthesis parameter on the morphology and optical properties of CuInS nanocrystals were investigated.It is found that the particle size and optical properties of CuInS crystals could be obviously affected by reaction time and temperature.With increasing reaction time,the CuInS nanocrystals grow larger,accompanied with appearance of rodlike crystals and red shift of the peak of the fluorescent emission spectra.With i...
