【摘要】 目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸障碍重叠综合征(OS)的临床疗效。方法 103例重叠综合征患者随机分为试验组51例和对照组52例,试验组给予孟鲁司特钠联合BiPAP呼吸机治疗对照组单用BiPAP治疗2组疗程均为4周。比较2组治疗前后的血清C-反应蛋白水平、血气分析相关指标和肺功能指标。结果治疗前后,2组C-反应蛋白水平显著降低(P<0.05),且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数、二氧化碳分压显著下降(P<0.05)血氧分压、一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比、一秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量显著上升(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合BiPAP呼吸机治疗重叠综合征有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with Bi- level positive airway pressure（BiPAP） respirator in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with obstructive sleep disordered breathing overlap syndrome.Methods A total of 103 patients with overlap syndrome were divided into treatment group（n = 51） and control group（n=52）.Patients in treatment group were received montelukast sodium combined with BiPAP respirator,while patients in control group received BiPAP respiratoronly.All patients were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical symptom score,C- reactive protein（CRP）,arterial blood gas analysis parameters and pulmonary function parameters were recorded before and after therapy in two groups were observed.Results The level of CRP after therapy was significantly lower in two groups than before therapy（P<0.05）,treatment group lower than control group（P <0.05）.After therapy,the levels of apnea hypopnea index（AHI） partial pressure of carbon dioxide（PaCO₂） were significantly lowerthan before therapy（P <0.05）;andpartial pressure of oxygen（PaO₂）,forced expiratory volume in one second（FEV1） and FEV1/（forced vital capacity,FVC） were significantly higher than before therapy（P <0.05）.Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with BiPAP respirator had a good effect in overlap syndrome patients.更多还原
