【摘要】 目的研究大鼠长期口服扶正逐毒丸所产生的毒性反应及其程度。方法按照成人每日用量,实验大鼠分为高、中、低3个剂量(56.0,18.7,3.3g·kg-1·d-1)组和对照组。连续灌胃给药90 d,对一般情况进行观察,对体重、进食量进行称量比较,对血液学指标、血液生化指标、尿常规进行检测,对脏器进行病理学检查和脏器系数比较。结果实验组与对照组比较,大鼠的一般状况、行为活动、进食量、体重变化、外周血象、尿常规指标、血液生化指标、脏器系数以及病理组织学等,差异均无统计学意义。结论扶正逐毒丸大鼠长期毒性实验未见不良反应,提示临床拟用剂量安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the long term toxicity and degree in rats after giving Fuzheng Detoxification Pill by intragastric administration. Methods According to the adult daily dose,the rats were divided into four groups: high dose( 56. 0 g·kg- 1·d- 1),middle dose( 18. 7g·kg- 1·d- 1),and low dose test groups( 3. 3 g·kg- 1·d- 1) with Fuzheng Detoxification Pill and control group with 0. 9% Na Cl. The medication administration teams were gavaged with Fuzheng Detoxification Pill for 90 days. After 90 days,the behavior and general condition of experiment rats were observed. The change of weight and food intake of each group were compared. And the indexes of hematology,biochemistry were also measured. Meanwhile,the organ measure by pathology were measured and the index of organ was compared. Results Compared with the control group, there were no significant difference in the outer appearance and behavior,body weight,organ coefficients,and the indexes of hermatology and biochemistry in the test groups. The pathological examination revealed that no obvious pathological changes related to drug toxicity and no delayed toxicity reaction after drug withdrawal.Conclusion Fuzheng Detoxification Pill has no obvious toxicity in rats for long- term administration,which infers that the doses drawn up in clinic will be safe.更多还原
