【摘要】 目的了解乡村医生离职意愿的现状及分析相关因素。方法以怀来县2013年11月在职的乡村医生为调查对象,采用自编问卷调查一般情况,以离职意愿量表调查乡村医生的离职意愿。结果被调查的162名乡村医生中有140名有离职意愿,占86.4%。以离职意愿量表总分为因变量,以性别、年龄、从医年限、所得执业证情况、学历、职称、所学专业、毕业院校及家庭月收入等9项为自变量,进行多元线性逐步回归分析,结果显示乡村医生的年龄及家庭月收入与其离职意愿相关。结论乡村医生普遍存在离职意愿,其中年龄偏小及家庭月收入偏低与乡村医生离职意愿的相关性最大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To learn about the present turnover intention of rural doctors and analyze the relevant factors.Method: The authors began to make the in-service rural doctors as the survey object in December,2013,designed the questionnaires about the general situations and investigated the turnover intentions of the rural doctors w ith the table of turnover intention. Result: 162 rural doctors are investigated,of w hom 140 show turnover intention,accounting for 86%. The total score in turnover intention table is made dependent variable,w hile gender,age,length of medical practice,practicing certificate,education background,professional title,major,graduated college and family income independent variables. Then the authors make analysis w ith multiple linear regressions and find that age and family income of the rural doctors relate w ith their turnover intention. Conclusion: In general,rural doctors have turnover intentions,of w hom the youngest w ith the low-est family income show much stronger turnover intentions.更多还原
