【摘要】 通过对55例非计划再次手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结非计划再次手术的经验教训,研究非计划再次手术的防范措施,确保医疗质量和安全。应该通过强调诊疗常规、做好术前评估、严格执行手术分级管理、加强"三基三严"培训、提高快速病理诊断准确率、实行信息化监管、建立非计划再次手术管理机制等综合措施的落实,降低医院非计划再次手术发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 To make the retrospective study of clinical data for the 55 cases of unplanned reoperations is to summarize the experience and lessons for it and study the countermeasures so as to ensure medical quality and safety. The paper focuses on intensifying conventions of diagnosis and treatment,doing a good job in preoperative evaluation,implementing strictly hierarchical operation management,strengthening the training of "three basics and three strictnesses",improving the rate of rapid pathological diagnosis,practicing informationized supervision and management,establishing the management system of unplanned reoperation and other comprehensive measures in order to reduce the occurrence of the rate of the unplanned reoperation in hospitals.更多还原
