【摘要】 目的:探讨人工髋关节置换术后假体周围骨折的治疗方法及临床疗效。方法:分别采用非手术治疗、钢缆环扎、锁定钢板内固定、加长柄翻修术结合钢缆环扎或结合记忆合金环抱器内固定等方法治疗7例人工髋关节置换术后并发股骨假体周围骨折。结果:7例均获得骨折愈合。结论:利用Vancouver分类系统,制定手术方法,确定治疗方法,治疗假体周围骨折可获得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the treatment and clinical efficacy of the periprosthetic femoral fracture after artificial hip replacement.Methods:Non-surgical treatment,wire cerclage,locking plate internal fixation,the combined long-stem revision with wire cerclage,or with memory alloy embracing internal fixation were applied respectively to treating 7 cases of periprosthetic femoral fracture after artificial hip replacement.Results:All the 7cases were healed.Conclusion:The use of Vancouver classification system to formulate the operation methods and determine the treatment methods of the periprosthetic femoral fracture may gain satisfactory curative effect.更多还原
