【Abstract】 Rho/Rho-kinase signaling pathway regulates lots of biological cellular functions,such as contraction,adhesion,migration,proliferation and apoptosis.With the further study of Rho/Rhokinase signaling pathway,we found that it played an important role in acute lung injury(ALI)and acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).This article reviews the role of Rho/Rho-kinase signaling pathway playing in the mechanism of action in ALI and ARDS.更多还原
