【摘要】 目的:探讨充血性心力衰竭合并心律失常患者心律变化规律及临床意义。方法:采用常规12导联心电图和24h动态心电图(Holter)同时对89例心衰合并心律失常患者进行检查分析。结果:Holter检出频发室性心律失常明显高于常规心电图;快速室性心律失常与心功能严重程度有关,以心功能D级患者发生率高。同时在冠心病心衰患者中发生率最高。结论:心衰患者合并心律失常只有连续动态心电图观察才能反映心律失常变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the heart rate variation and its clinical significance with 24 hdynamic electrocardiogram examination in patients with heart failure combined with arrhythmia.Methods:89patients with heart failure combined arrhythmia were performed examinations with A routine 12-lead ECG and 24-hour Holter at the same time,and the examination results were analyzed.Results:Holter detection results showed that patients with arrhythmia were obviously higher than that of conventional electrocardiogram(ECG)detection,and arrhythmia was associated with severity heart function,with high-incidence of patients with cardiac D level.At the same time,it found that ventricular arrhythmia was the highest incidence of coronary heart disease in patients with heart failure.Conclusion:Heart rate variation can be reflected in the heart failure patients with arrhythmia with only continuous dynamic electrocardiogram observation.更多还原
