【摘要】 目的:探讨超声引导下经皮胆囊穿刺置管引流术(PGCD)在胆道炎症治疗中的应用。方法:急性胆囊炎、胆管炎症患者64例,采用PGCD治疗,观察患者术前、术后生命体征、每日引流量、实验室检查。结果:所有病例均1次穿刺成功,患者临床症状缓解迅速,术后患者体温、白细胞(尤其是中性粒细胞)、黄疸指数下降,未发生大出血、胆漏等并发症。结论:PGCD治疗急性胆囊炎及胆管炎症的成功率高、疗效好、并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical value of ultrasound guided percutaneous gallbladder catheterized drainage(PGCD)in the treatment of inflammation of gallbladder and biliary ducts.Methods:64patients with acute cholecystitis or bile duct inflammation were treated by PGCD,then vital sings,daily bile flow were observed before and after treatment,along with the laboratory examination.Results:All patients were successful in first PGCD,with quick remission of clinical symptoms.Meanwhile,their body temperature,white blood cells(especially neutrophils),jaundice index decreased after drainage.Bleeding,bile leakage and other complications did not occur.Conclusion:PGCD has higher success rate,good efficacy and fewer complications in treatment of acute cholecystitis and bile duct inflammation.更多还原
