【Abstract】 Farmer cooperatives is an important task of rural development. It has played an important role in agricultural production and farmers’ income increasing,social efficiency improving.Hysteresis of information services has restricted its development. Many of current service platforms are web portals and charged for financial management software.There is lack of a uniform,multi-level user-oriented information service system.Our research is from the perspective of information technology for managers of all levels and cooperative members to carry out procurement,production, sale, distribution, information dissemination,training,promotion of social affairs and so on.
