700℃先进超超临界锅炉SA-213T92水冷壁工地焊焊接工艺研究
Study on Site Welding Process of SA-213T92 Membrane Wall For 700℃ A-USC Boiler
【摘要】 介绍了700℃超超临界锅炉SA-213T92水冷壁工地安装焊接工艺可行性,通过模拟工地安装焊接工艺,了解SA-213T92水冷壁工地焊口组装、SA-387Gr91扁钢对接等可焊性工艺试验,试验结果证实SA-213T92管排工地安装是可行的。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the welding feasibility of SA-213T92 membrane wall site installation for 700℃ A-USC boiler.Through simulating the site installation,the available welding process of SA-213T92 membrane and SA-387Gr91 fin butt joint is got,experiment results show that site welding of SA-213T92 membrane is feasible.
