改善火电机组AGC调节品质的技术手段及试验研究
Technology Means and Experimental Study on Adjustment Quality of Improved Thermal Power Unit AGC
【摘要】 针对火电机组负荷响应速度慢、长期承担负荷变化调节的因素,提出改善机组AGC调节品质的技术手段。分别提高汽轮机调门响应负荷指令速度、增强煤量和一次风量的前馈作用、采用定压一滑压联合调节方式和正确使用风煤交叉限制的4种新型调节手段。通过AGC跟随试验及曲线分析,证明此改善方法是可行的。
【Abstract】 For thermal power unit load slow response and long-term bear the load adjustment factors,technical means of AGC regulation quality improvement unit are proposed.Increase turbine response to the load speed、enhanced coal and feed-forward effect of primary air flow、using pressure-sliding joint regulation and proper use of four new regulation means of air and coal crossing restrictions.According to the AGC following test and curve analysis,it proves that this improvement is possible.
