基于平衡态模型的煤气组分预测方法研究
The Research of Gas Wmponents Prediction Method Based on Equilibrium Theory
【摘要】 在煤气化反应平衡理论的基础上,应用非化学计量法中的RAND算法,结合煤气化和热力学方面的研究成果,给出了一种适合气流床气化炉的煤气组分预测的计算方法。将该计算方法所得的气化炉煤气组分计算值与文献值进行了比较研究,验证了该计算方法在气流床气化炉煤气组分预测的正确性。采用该方法研究了气化温度对气化炉煤气组分的影响,所得结论可用来指导气流床气化炉的设计及生产运行。
【Abstract】 In present paper,a method to predict the gas fraction was developed by use of RAND algorithm of non-stoichiometry based on the equilibrium theory.This method was validated by comparing the calculation result of a 1000t/d Texaco gasifier and the data in a published reference.Then the effect of temperature on the syngas components was investigated using this method.The results can be referenced for the design and operation of a gasifier.
