旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层结构可靠性分析

【摘要】 为弥补沥青加铺层结构设计依靠工程经验和定性设计的不足,根据可靠度理论和效应-抗力概率模型提出了以路表弯沉、沥青层底拉应力和层底竖向剪应力为控制指标的旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层可靠度分析方法,并运用一次二阶矩中心点法、蒙特卡洛有限元模拟计算结构抗力和荷载效应,定量得到了在两种破坏模式下5种加铺层结构的可靠度范围。结果表明采用两层及以上沥青加铺层和层间处理方案,路面使用寿命较长,可靠度较高;可靠度分析方法比经验法确定沥青加铺层结构更加科学合理。研究结果为沥青加铺层结构设计方法和方案选择提供理论基础。

【Abstract】 To make up for the insufficient of structure design of asphalt overlay relying on engineering experience and qualitative design,the analysis method for reliability of asphalt overlay on old cement concrete pavement is proposed based on the reliability theory and effect-resistance probability model,and the control indicators are surface deflection,tension stress and vertical shear stress at the bottom of asphalt layers. Single second-order moment central point method and Monte Carlo finite element simulation are used for calculating structural resistance and load effect,and the reliability range of 5 overlay structures under 2 failure modes are obtained quantitatively. The result indicates that( 1) the pavement has longer service life and higher reliability using 2 layers or more asphalt overlay with interlaminar treatment scheme;( 2) the analysis method for reliability of asphalt overlay is more reasonable than empirical method for determining asphalt overlay structure. The research result can provide a theoretical basis for structure design method and scheme selection of asphalt overlay.
