内燃叉车防碰撞控制技术研究
Research on anti-collision control technology of internal-combustion forklift
【摘要】 内燃叉车行驶和作业过程中因视线盲区、监管口令传送不当导致操作人员误操作,意外事故频繁发生。本文通过对碰撞原因和防碰撞原理分析,采取超声感应和遥控熄火等防撞控制技术,实现内燃叉车快速断油熄火、停车,以提高内燃叉车使用的主动安全性。
【Abstract】 Internal-combustion forklift accidents occur frequently due to the dead zone of sight and the wrong operation caused by improper regulation.The cause of collision and the principle of anti-collision were analyzed,and the anti-collision control technology such as ultrasonic sensing and remote flameout were adopted to realize the rapid extinction and parking,which improves the active safety of the internal-combustion forklift.
