【摘要】 目的 :调查北京市三级医院ICU专科护士培养基地ICU专科护士培训、工作现状。方法 :自行设计ICU专科护士培训现状调查问卷,采用方便抽样法对北京市17家三级医院39个ICU专科护士培养基地进行问卷调查。结果 :北京市三级医院ICU专科护士培养基地ICU总床位数为1582张,截至调查结束,完成ICU专科护士资格认证共801人;被调查的39个基地中,有28个基地(71.8%)建立了专科护士执业工作制度;12个基地(30.8%)在ICU护士参加北京护理学会ICU专科护士资格认证培训前有院内系统的ICU护士培训。被调查基地基本都重视专科护士工作(94.9%),而只有26个基地(66.7%)对专科护士工作有评价制度;专科护士经资格认证培训后,其科研能力提升,可以有较多机会参加带教、学术交流。结论 :北京市各ICU专科护士培养基地均重视专科护士培养工作,但专科护士的比例仍较低;院内ICU护士培训不规范,专科护士认证后的管理不完善,专科护士职业生涯发展的支持措施不足,认证体系不完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the training and working status of 39 ICU training bases in Beijing Methods: We investigated 39 ICU specialist nurse training basess in 17 municipal tertiary hospitals using self-designed questionnaire. Results: There were 1582 ICU beds and 801 certificated ICU specialist nurses in municipal tertiary hospitals in Beijing. Twenty-eight bases(71.8%) had established ICU specialist nurses practicing system. Twelve bases(30.8%) had systematic and standard training program before Beijing Nursing Association’s ICU specialist nurses qualification attestation training. Twenty-six bases(66.7%) had evaluation system to ICU specialist nurses. After ICU specialist nurses’ qualification attestation training,the nurse’s ability to research and education improved greatly and the nurses had more opportunities to participate in academic exchange. Conclusion: Every ICU nurse training base pay more attention to the ICU specialist nurses training,but there are some problems of low proportion of ICU specialist nurses,nonstandard training,management deficit after qualification attestation,deficiency of career development support. Nursing specialists in China is still in an exploratory stage.更多还原
