【摘要】 借鉴小组治疗的理论与方法,将健康教育以小组的形式贯穿于患者住院始终,对患者实施系统的跌倒预防知识、态度、行为干预,由责任护士组织患者开展全面预防跌倒的各种活动。结果显示,小组式健康教育可明显提高老年住院患者的防跌倒认知水平,有效降低其跌倒发生率及伤害程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the theory and method of group therapy, the patients are separated into groups during hospital stay for health education. The contents of education are focused on fall prevention, approach, and behavior intervention; and were implemented by the charge nurse. Results show that health education can significantly improve the cognitive level of fall prevention among elderly, therefore decrease the incidence of falls and injuries.更多还原
