【摘要】 目的:了解肿瘤科医护人员癌性爆发痛管理现状,为癌性爆发痛管理对策的制定和医护人员培训提供参考依据。方法:采用自行设计的医护人员癌性爆发痛管理状况问卷对213名肿瘤科医护人员进行调查。结果:医护人员对于癌性爆发痛知晓状况较好,但在癌性爆发痛评估状况、处理状况、参与管理状况及健康教育方面存在诸多不足。结论:应加强医护人员癌性爆发痛相关知识培训,制定规范化的癌性爆发痛管理流程,促进有效的疼痛管理,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the current status of cancer-related breakthrough pain management(BTP) among medical staff and to provide references for establishing countermeasures and training for medical staff. Methods: Totally 213 oncology doctors and nurses in oncology department were recruited and investigated by a self-designed BTP questionnaire Result: Most of the doctors and nurses knew well about cancer-related BTP, but there were some weaknesses in the aspects of assessment, treatment, management, health education of the BTP. Conclusion: The hospital managers should enhance the study of BTP knowledge among medical staff and formulating standardized BTP management process to improve effective pain management and quality of life of patients.更多还原
