当代大学生专业类型与职业兴趣的吻合程度研究

【摘要】 目的:考察大学生的专业类型与职业兴趣的吻合程度。方法:选取507名在校大学生,使用霍兰德职业兴趣量表进行测查。结果:当代大学生的专业类型与职业兴趣的吻合程度不够高:工科类专业与职业兴趣类型吻合程度最高;其次管理学类专业;依次是常规类专业;社会类专业;研究类专业;艺术类专业吻合程度最低。结论:当代大学生的专业类型与职业兴趣的吻合程度不高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the coincidence of a professional type of college students and career interests. Methods: 507 college students were using Holland vocational interest inventory test check. Results: The degree of agreement of the professional type of contemporary college students and professional interest is not high enough:the highest professional and career interests in Engineering degree type of agreement; secondly management professional; followed by conventional specialty; specialty society; research specialty; Art Major the minimum degree of agreement.
