高校大学生志愿服务激励机制研究

【摘要】 志愿服务在中国飞速发展,志愿者人数与日俱增。青年志愿者逐渐成为我国志愿服务事业的中坚力量。大学生作为青年志愿者活动的主力群体,如何激励他们参与志愿活动是一个十分重要的课题。本文通过对国内外大学生志愿服务激励机制的内容和形式进行对比研究,就建立和完善大学生志愿者激励机制提出建议,以期促进大学生志愿服务事业的研究和发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The volunteer service in China’s rapid development, increasing the number of volunteers. Youth volunteer has become the backbone of volunteer service in China. College students as the main group of youth volunteer activities, how to motivate them to participate in volunteer activities is a very important topic. Based on the content and form of incentive mechanism of college students volunteer service at home and abroad comparison research, puts forward several opinions for the college volunteers, establishing and perfecting incentive mechanism, in order to promote the research and development of college students volunteer service career.更多还原
