90后大学生的就业心态分析及调适

【摘要】 本文选取90后大学生的就业心态进行研究,分析他们择业标准趋多元、自我中心扬个性、发展空间讲平等、网络抱团求趋同、自主创业显激情、积极考证忙增值、跳来跳去攀高枝、四处碰壁易茫然、自挑葡萄酸也好等就业心态,并提出从四个方面对其进行调适,以帮助他们顺利成为中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。更多还原
