民航飞行专业学员的职业价值观调查分析

【摘要】 使用自编职业价值观调查问卷对282名飞行专业学员和293名地面专业学员进行调查分析,包括经济报酬、变动性、独立性、声誉、生活方式和成就等六个维度,结果发现:(1)不同年级飞行专业学员在经济报酬、变动性、独立性和声誉维度上存在明显的年级差异,在生活方式和成就维度上无显著差异。(2)飞行专业学员和地面专业学员的职业价值观总体一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the self-designed work values questionnaire investigation and Analysis on the 282 pilot students and 293 ground students,there are 6 dimensions in the questionnaire,including economic rewards,variability,independence,reputation,way of life and achievement. the results showed that:(1) different grade pilot students has significant grade difference in the economic rewards, variability, independence and reputation, no significant differences in the way of life and achievement.(2) pilot students and ground students are consistent in work value.更多还原
