青岛奥林匹克帆船中心医学媒介生物调查

Investigation on medical vectors in Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center

【摘要】 目的了解青岛奥林匹克帆船中心(以下简称"奥帆中心")鼠、蚊、蝇、蜚蠊4类医学媒介生物的种群构成、生境分布和季节消长等特征。方法 2012—2013年,分别采用诱捕器诱捕法捕获鼠、蚊、蝇、蜚蠊类医学媒介生物,并进行计数和分类鉴定。结果此次调查共捕获鼠类3只,经分类鉴定隶属于1科2属2种;捕获蚊类170只,经分类鉴定隶属于1科3属4种,优势种群为淡色库蚊、中华按蚊和东乡伊蚊,7-9月为高峰期;蝇类4 614只,经分类鉴定隶属于4科12属16种,优势种为丝光绿蝇、大头金蝇、厩腐蝇,月平均成蝇密度为38.45只/(笼·日),5-9月为高峰期;捕获蜚蠊19只,经分类鉴定隶属1科1属1种。垃圾场和餐饮区为上述医学媒介生物的重要滋生区域。结论本次调查比较全面地掌握了青岛奥帆中心医学媒介生物情况,为积极开展该口岸医学媒介生物的防治工作提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the species,habitat distribution, seasonal fluctuation of medical vectors such as rats,mosquitoes,flies and cockroaches in Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center. Methods Rats,mosquitoes,flies and cockroaches were captured and morphology classified,2012-2013. Results Three rats were captured and identified as2 species 2 genera 1 family. One hundred and seventy mosquitoes were captured and identified as 4 species 3 genera1 family. Dominant species were Culex pipiens pallens, Anopheles sinensis and Aedes togoi. There was a seasonal variation of mosquitoes with peak periods from June to September. A total of 4614 flies were captured, and classified as 16 species 12 genera 4 families. Dominant species were Lucilia sericata, Chrysomya megacephala and Muscinan stabulans. The average density of flies was 38.45 flies / cage·day. There was a seasonal variation of flies with peak periods from May to September. A total of 19 cockroaches were identified as 1 species 1 genera 1 family. Garbage dumps and dining area were important places for medical vectors haboring. Conclusion The investigation provided data of medical vectors in Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center and offered reference for the control of medical vectors.
