【摘要】 现代海洋金融的基本特征是政策性金融与商业金融并举、开放性和排他性并存,以及产融结合与金融集聚相得益彰。现代海洋金融的工具有银行贷款和信贷担保、海洋基金、企业债券及资产证券化、融资租赁、海洋保险。当前中国发展海洋金融面临重大机遇。建议中国政府应支持建立海洋金融要素聚集区,以"三个基金、一个银行、一个智库"的模式推动中国海洋金融业的快速崛起。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analyzes the feature and instruments of maritime finance,indicating that maritime finance is the key factor for the development of maritime economy.Maritime finance,involving both policy finance and commercial finance,is characterized by both openness and exclusiveness.Financial agglomeration and combination of industry and finance are two important factors facilitating the growth of maritime finance.The article suggests that China should encourage building of a maritime financial agglomeration area,where an international maritime development bank could be established.更多还原
