【Abstract】 Global value chains reflect the basic disciplines of economic globalization and,in essence,are economic phenomenon that,abides by the laws of market economy system.This concept involves economic coordination and integration of multidimensional and dynamic systems.One certain economy can make full use of global value chains to promote its industrial upgrading.By upgrading in global value chains,it can catalyze its industrial upgrading,including technological innovations through trade in intermediate goods and international direct investment.It should consolidate domestic value chains and help local firms especially local SMEs to participate in specific global value chains as a group to increase their clouts.By consolidating regional markets,it can fully bring out the role of regional value chains in its industrial development.更多还原
