混合料性能对装料稳定性影响研究
Study on Impact of Mixture Performance to Loading Stability
【摘要】 结合压坯单重的标准偏差、压坯单重—次数正态分布直方图和混合料颗粒形貌等研究不同粒度组成和制粒方式对自动压制装料稳定性的影响。试验结果表明:对机械制粒料,粒度组成在60-120目时装料稳定性最好;喷雾制粒料的装料稳定性优于机械制粒料。该结论为批量生产高精度毛坯时的混合料选择提供了依据。
【Abstract】 It studies on impact of the different size composition and granulating method to load stability by the standard deviation of single weight,single weight- the number of normal distribution histogram and mixture particle morphology.The experimental results show that: for mechanical granulating mixture,loading stability of mixture of size composition in 60- 120 mesh is best. The loading stability of the spray granulating mixture is better than the mechanical granulating mixture. The conclusion for the choice of mixture provide the basis for the mass production of high precision blank.
