HSK热装工具系统的动力学模型及动态特性研究
Study on HSK Tooling System Dynamic Model and Dynamic Performance
【摘要】 HSK热装工具系统包括轴承、HSK主轴、热装刀柄和刀具等部件,并通过轴承—主轴结合部、主轴—刀柄结合部和刀柄—刀具结合部弹性连接而成。根据HSK热装工具系统的工作原理,将各部件简化为多段Timoshenko梁,结合部简化为弹簧—阻尼模型,以此建立HSK热装工具系统的动力学模型;使用耦合响应法,考虑结合部的动态参数,分析HSK热装工具系统的动态特性;进行HSK热装工具系统动态特性的实验研究,比较理论与实验模态,验证HSK热装工具系统动力学模型的准确性。
【Abstract】 HSK shrink tooling system is composed of bearing,HSK spindle,shrink toolholder and tool parts,and these parts are connected with bearing-spindle joint part,spindle-toolholder joint part and toolholder-tool joint part. According to working principle of HSK shrink tooling system,the parts can be simplified as Timoshenko beams and the joint parts can be treated as spring-damp model. So,the HSK shrink tooling system model is made. Based on coupling receptance method and considering the joint part parameters,the dynamic performance of HSK shrink tooling system is analyzed.The experiment of HSK shrink tooling system dynamic performance is studied,and the dynamic model is verified by comparing the theoretical and experimental modal.
