钢制浅球壳设计若干问题的探讨
DISCUSSION ON SOME PROBLEMS IN THE DESIGN OF STEEL SHALLOW SPHERICAL SHELL
【摘要】 通过一些实例,对目前国内储气柜中应用广泛的两种钢制浅球壳的结构形式和计算方法,进行了介绍和探讨。建立3个网壳和3个加劲壳有限元模型,并对其进行荷载-位移全过程分析,研究2种带缺陷壳状结构的非线性稳定性,提出计算加劲壳折算厚度的新方法。研究结论可供实际施工和设计参考。
【Abstract】 The structure form and the design method of two steel shallow spherical shells,which have been widely used in the current domestic gasholders,were introduced and discussed.FEM models of three latticed shells and three stiffened shells were established.The load-displacement whole-processe analysis of these models were carried out.Nonliner stability behavior of imperfect shell structure was investigated.A new method for calculating the equivalent thickness was proposed.The obtained conclusions can be used for reference in practical construction and design.
