嘉德艺术中心超厚钢板墙焊接工艺
WELDING TECHNOLOGY OF SUPER-THICK STEEL PLATE WALL OF GUARDIAN ART CENTER
【摘要】 钢结构现场施工中,Q420GJC材质钢材由于碳当量高、冷裂纹敏感性强,同时传统的厚板焊接层状撕裂倾向大,导致焊接难度极大。为保证Q420GJC超厚钢板剪力墙焊接质量,在项目施工过程中采取一系列方法和手段进行焊接管控。通过分析将工程在超厚钢板剪力墙焊接方面的做法进行阐述,其中包含如何选择超厚钢板的焊接顺序、如何控制超厚钢板焊接时的温度、如何设置焊接操作平台等。对其他工程施工焊接具有一定的借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 In steel structure construction,the welding of Q420 GJC steel is very difficult because of its high carbon level sensitive cold crack and easy to lamellar tearing occurs for traditional thick plate welding.In order to guarantee the welding quality of Q420 GJC supe-thick steel plate shear wall in the construction process,a series of methods and means to control welding had been taken.This paper analyzed and discussed the means of welding process of superthick steel plate shear wall of the project,such as welding sequence of super-thick steel plates welding temperature control,welding operation platform settings.This paper provided significant reference to other similar projects.
