甘肃省生态屏障建设的综合评价和影响因素研究
The synthetic evaluation on the ecological defense construction in Gansu and the influence factors
【摘要】 基于生态屏障建设的内涵以及甘肃省的区域特征,从经济发展、人口结构优化、人民生活质量提升、生态环境改善等生态屏障建设的目标任务出发,构建了甘肃省生态屏障建设评价指标体系,采用因子分析法对甘肃省14个市(州)进行综合评价。结果显示:河西内陆河区域的酒泉、金昌、嘉峪关、武威等地区生态屏障建设水平最高,中部沿黄河区域和陇东陇中黄土高原区域的白银、兰州、庆阳、平凉、定西、天水等地区次之,南部秦巴山区域和甘南高原区域的陇南和甘南则最弱;而产业结构调整、城镇化进程以及生态环境治理为甘肃省生态屏障建设的主要影响因素。
【Abstract】 Based on the content of ecological defense construction and the regional characteristics of Gansu,we built an evaluation index system for the ecological defense construction according to its targets including economic development,adjusting population structure,improving quality of life and optimizing ecological environment.The ecological defense constructions for 14 cities in Gansu were evaluated by the factor analysis,and the results showed the cities that the ecological defense constructions did best included Jiuquan,Jinchang,Jiayuguan and Wuwei which are located in Hexi area,the cities that the ecological defense constructions did better included Baiyin,Lanzhou,Qingyang,Pingliang,Dingxi and Tianshui which are located in Central region by yellow river and Loess plateau of eastern and middle Gansu,the worst cities included Gannan and Longnan which are located in Qinba mountain and Gannan plateau; industrial restructure,urbanization and eco- environment management were the main factors for the ecological defense construction in Gansu.
