北沙柳居群间叶片性状的变异

【摘要】 采用方差分析、相关分析、聚类分析的方法,对国家北沙柳种质资源保存库内收集的21个居群叶片表型性状进行了比较分析。结果表明:1)相同表型性状在不同居群内也存在差异,所有性状的平均变异系数最大和最小的分别是P5(0.3864)和P21(0.1664),表型性状中变异最大和最小的分别是叶面积(0.3549)和异形指数(0.1221)。2)相关分析表明,叶面积、周长、叶柄长、叶长和叶宽之间均为极显著相关(P=0.01),长宽比和异形指数与各表型性状相关性不显著。3)聚类分析表明,P21明显分割于其他居群外,表现出特异性。叶片性状变异特征为北沙柳优良品种筛选提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 We applied variance analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis to analyze the leaf phenotypic trait variations selected from 21 Salix psammophila populations which were collected in the library of national Salix psammophila germplasm resources. The results indicated: 1) The same phenotypic traits in different populations also were different,the average coefficient of variation for all traits of the maximum and minimum are P5( 0. 3864) and P21( 0. 1664),phenotypic variations in maximum and minimum are leaf area( 0. 3549) and abnormal index( 0. 1221). 2) Correlation analysis showed that leaf area,perimeter,petioles,leaf length and width exist significant difference( p = 0. 01),length- width ratio and abnormity index are no significant difference. 3)Clustering analysis indicates that P21 is obviously segmented from other population,show specificity. These results not only reveal the genetic relationship of tested materials but also provide scientific basis for Salix psammophila varieties screening.
