【摘要】 随着"银发浪潮"的来袭,我国大部分城市步入了老龄化阶段,并面临着极其严峻的养老考验。研究结合温州市老年人服务设施专项规划实践,对温州市的社会养老问题展开分析,并就确定养老发展目标、构建老年人服务设施体系、统一设施标准、促进城乡养老"并轨"及促进设施规划落地等内容进行深入探讨,从而提出符合温州市养老需求的规划布局思路,以期为类似的规划编制提供借鉴。更多还原
