【Abstract】 Socialist rules of the economic system, economic system and development mode will have complex effect on the human development. The reform of economic system based on market expand the worker’s employment and the choice of human resource development, giving workers the rights of venture, investment, property value choice and economic decision. However, the economic system transition and the market mechanism also can give people a negative impact. Human-oriented economic development mode put people in the center of the economic development, reflected the people’s main position, which is benefit the virtuous cycle of economy and society.
