【摘要】 随着农民专业合作社的迅速发展,农民专业合作社的创办主体呈现出多元化的特点,其中由政府主导型、农村能人领办型和公司领办型的农民专业合作社不仅占据了绝对主导地位,而且还在与地方政府的互动中成为政府扶持资源的主要获取者和受益者。文章首先对不同类型农民专业合作社在与地方政府互动时的表现进行了分析,在此基础上提出当务之急是要理清地方政府在农民专业合作社发展中的角色定位,即应该扮演好引导者、服务者、提供者与监督者的角色。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of farmers’ professional co-operatives, the founder of the farmers’ professional co-operatives presents the characteristics of diversity, which are leading by the government, the rural talent and the company. These different types of farmers’ professional co- operatives are not only occupies the absolute dominant position, but also in the interaction with the local government become the main beneficiary of the government support resource. This article first analyzes the performance of the interaction in the different types of farmers’ professional cooperatives and the local government. Based on this, this article argues that the urgent matter is to clarify the role of local government in the development of farmers’ professional co-operatives.
