【摘要】 在中国正在崛起成为全球大国,深度参与国际事务的背景下,中国智库建设也进入快速发展期,中国特色智库面临空前发展的历史机遇。借鉴国际智库经验有利于扩大智库的开放性,提升智库的专业化,开拓智库的多样性,强化智库的行动力。中国智库的突出问题是脱离社会需求、脱离政策实践,与政府决策缺乏联接机制。中国智库应进一步融入社会实践、融入决策进程,推动政府、社会和企业三位一体的共生发展。中国智库应确立核心价值准则,并具有开放性、系统性、批判性、逆向性思维,鼓励创新性和形式和内涵的多样性。中国智库还应加快国际化进程,走出一条既有中国特色又有国际竞争力的智库发展道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of China’s ongoing emergence as a global power and deeper involvement in international affairs,the construction of China’s think tanks is entering a period of rapid development,and the think tanks with Chinese characteristics are facing an unprecedented opportunity in history for development. Learning from the experience of international think tanks helps to expand the openness,enhance the professionalism,develop the diversity,and strengthen the action force of our think tanks. The outstanding issues of China ’s think tanks include detaching themselves from the needs of the society and the policy practice,as well as a lack of a mechanism that attaches them with government decision-making. China’s think tanks should further integrate into the practice of the society and the decision-making process,promoting symbiotic development of the triad of the government,the society and the businesses. China’s think tanks should establish the guidelines for the core values with an open,systematic,critical,reverse thinking,encouraging innovation and the diversity of form and content. China’s think tanks should accelerate the process of internationalization and embark on a road of development for the think tanks with Chinese characteristics to have international competitiveness.更多还原
