【摘要】 目的评估国家省级中毒救治基地毒物检测能力的现状。方法数据利用互联网进行信息填报,填报内容包括毒物检测种类、实验室资质、检测人员和检测设备情况。结果 87.1%的省级中毒救治基地能开展毒物检测工作,70.97%和51.61%省级中毒救治基地理化实验室和微生物实验室分别通过实验室认可/计量认证资质考核,77.42%省级中毒救治基地装备化学毒物检测设备;省级中毒救治基地中专科医院的毒物检测能力比综合性医院强。结论省级中毒救治基地已经具备一定的毒物检测能力,但毒物检测能力与项目建设目标还有差距,应进一步加强省级中毒救治基地的毒物检测能力建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate poison detection ability in poisoning treatment bases at province level.MethodsThedata of the survey was filled on Internet. And the contents of survey data includes poison detection classifications,laboratory qualification, testing personnel and testing equipment.Results87.1% of the poisoning treatment bases can carryout poison detection. 70.97% of physical and chemical laboratory and 51.61% of microbiology laboratory have passedlaboratory accreditation or metrology certification in the institutions. 77.42% of the institutions are equipped with poisondetection devices. The poison detection ability of special hospital is better than that of general hospital in the provincialpoisoning treatment bases.ConclusionThese provincial poisoning treatment bases have possessed certain poison detectionability for dealing with poison accident, but there is still a gap between poison detection ability and the goal of projectconstruction.
