刺五加、刺玫果提取物提高小鼠缺氧耐受力研究

【摘要】 目的初步探讨刺五加、刺玫果提取物提高缺氧耐受力作用。方法通过经口灌胃方式给予小鼠不同剂量刺五加、刺玫果提取物,30天后,进行小鼠亚硝酸钠中毒存活实验、常压耐缺氧实验、急性脑缺血性缺氧实验,观察小鼠的存活时间。结果刺五加、刺玫果提取物使小鼠的亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间和常压耐缺氧存活时间显著长于对照组。结论刺五加、刺玫果提取物能够提高小鼠的缺氧耐受力功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of the Acanthopanax senticosus and Rosa davurica Pall extracts on the hypoxia tolerance of mice. Methods The mice were given different doses of the Acanthopanax senticosus and Rosa davurica Pall extracts for thirty days. The survival time of mice under the condition of closed normobaric hypoxia,nitrite toxicosis and acute cerebral ischemia were detected. Results the Acanthopanax senticosus and Rosa davurica Pall extracts could significantly prolonged the survival time of mice under the condition of closed normobaric hypoxia and Na NO2 injection.Conclusion the Acanthopanax senticosus and Rosa davurica Pall extracts could improve the hypoxia tolerance in mice.
