【摘要】 目的了解各区县在妇幼保健信息管理方面人力的投入情况,对相关工作进行人员备案管理。方法通过调查表方式于2006年和2014年分别对区级妇幼群体信息管理人员及前一年的工作情况进行调查,对两次调查结果进行分析。结果与2006年比较,2014年区级妇幼保健机构专职群体信息管理人数增加了3倍,设立独立的信息管理科室的机构数增加了3.5倍;与2006年比较,2014年各区县妇幼信息化应用机构用户数和人员用户数较2006年统计的用户数分别增长了8.64倍和21.22倍;区级妇幼保健机构信息化管理人员人均管理的机构用户数为73个,人均管理的人员用户数为276个。结论随着北京妇幼信息化工作的不断推进,北京市区级妇幼信息管理人才队伍已初步建立,但仍需进一步加大对信息管理部门与人才队伍的建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the configuration of information management human resources in every district maternal and child health settings in Beijing. Methods A standardized questionnaire was used to survey the information of personnel and works in the previous year of information management staff in 2006 and 2014 respectively. The results of two surveys were compared. Results Compared with 2006, the number of full-time information management staff increased3-fold in 2014 in district-level maternal and children’s health settings. And the number of institutions to establish an independent information management department has increased 3.5-fold in 2014 than that in 2006. Compared with 2006,the number of institutional and personnel users of maternal and children’s information internet grew by 8.64 times and21.22 times in 2014. The average institutional users managed by per district-level information management staff was 73,and the average personnel users was 276. Conclusion With the development of information work for maternal and children in Beijing. The talents team of district-level information management has been initially established.
