【摘要】 目的了解区县级疾控中心开展科研项目及发表论文情况,通过总结2011-2013年科研管理工作,发现存在的问题,探讨相应的解决办法。方法对申报课题的前期评审,采用Kendall协调系数,评价专家的评分一致性,为较客观地推选课题提供保障。采用前台PB及后台数据MS SQL serer自主开发管理软件,再结合软件公司开发的中心信息应用平台,将科研过程管理电子化;对近三年申报科研项目及成果产出的分析,将存在问题进行汇总及分析。结果通过推进科研管理系统化、电子化进程,申报课题及科研产出逐年递增,验收质量不断提高。结论优化科研管理体系,加强科研关键环节监督是过程管理的必要手段。同时,应加强科研成果转化等薄弱环节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the situation of research projects and published papers at county-level CDC by summing up the past 2011-2013 years material and scientific research management,trying to discover the problems and the corresponding solutions. Methods To review their topics, using Kendall coordination coefficient, consistency scores evaluated by experts, to provide protection for the chosen subject. Using foreground PB and background MS SQL serer data management software, combined with the center of information application platform by software company,we realized computerization of scientific research process management. Based on analysis of research projects and achievements for nearly three years, the problems were summarized and analyzed. Results By promoting the electronic, systematized scientific research management system, the number of projects, research outputs and the quality of project acceptances has increased year by year. Conclusion It is necessary to optimize the scientific research management system and strengthen the supervision of scientific research process. We should strengthen the weak links of the transformation of scientific research achievements.更多还原
