控释复肥对韭菜产量与品质的影响
Impacts of Controlled-release Fertilizers on Yield and Quality of Leeks
【摘要】 采用大田小区试验,以常规肥料为对照,系统地分析了相同灌溉条件下控释复肥对韭菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,在不增加肥料投入成本的情况下,控释复肥处理韭菜产量显著增加,控释复肥1、控释复肥2处理分别增产19.92%和15.72%。根据经济效应衡量,控释复肥用量以600 kg/hm~2为宜。与常规肥料相比,韭菜专用肥、控释复肥1、控释复肥2处理韭菜维生素C质量分数分别增加13.19、29.42、27.65 mg/100g。控释复肥1、控释复肥2处理韭菜中还原糖质量分数分别增加0.60、0.54 mg/kg。在相同施肥水平下,韭菜专用肥处理硝酸盐质量分数比常规复混肥处理低6.92 mg/kg;在肥料养分比例相同时,控释复肥1处理硝酸盐质量分数比控释复肥2处理高2.45 mg/kg。
【Abstract】 Field experiments were carried out to study the impacts of controlled-release fertilizers on yield and quality of leeks under the same irrigation conditions with the conventional fertilizer as the control.The results indicated that in the condition of no additional cost of fertilizer,the yield of leeks in applying two release-controlled fertilizers treatments increased by 19.92% and 15.72% respectively.According to the economy effect,the appropriate amount of fertilizer should be 600 kg/hm~2.Compared with general fertilizer,leeks special fertilizer,controlled-release fertilizer 1 and controlled-release fertilizer 2 treatments increased the vitamin C in leeks by 13.19 mg/100 g,29.42 mg/100 g,and 27.65 mg/100 g respectively.Controlled-release fertilizer 1 and controlled-release fertilizer 2 treatments increased the reductive sugar content in leeks by 0.60 mg/kg and 0.54 mg/kg.Under the same amount of fertilizer,nitrate content in special fertilizer treatment was 6.92 mg/kg lower than that in general compound fertilizer treatment.Under the same ratio of nutrient,nitrate content in controlled-release fertilizer 1 treatment was 2.45 mg/kg higher than that in controlled-release fertilizer 2 treatment.
