【摘要】 目的探讨新型经皮椎弓根钉(Zina)内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析同期采用Zina经皮椎弓根钉内固定治疗30例胸腰椎骨折(经皮组)与经肌间隙椎弓根钉内固定治疗30例胸腰椎骨折(经肌间隙组)的临床资料。结果与经肌间隙组相比,经皮组手术切口长度缩短、术中出血量减少、术后第1天切口疼痛减轻,但手术时间增加,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术前、术后即刻及末次随访时的伤椎前缘高度和矢状面Cobb角差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组术后即刻伤椎前缘高度和矢状面Cobb角与术前相比均得到明显矫正,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组末次随访时的伤椎前缘高度和矢状面Cobb角与术后即刻相比,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论新型经皮椎弓根钉(Zina)内固定具有和经肌间隙开放手术相似的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To access the clinical result of percutaneous pedicle screw fixation using Zina system in treating thoracolumbar fractures. Methods Thoracolumbar fractures treated with percutaneous pedicle screw fixation using Zina system(percutaneous group, PG) were compared with another patients receiving trans-spatium intermuscular pedicle screw fixation(trans-spatium intermuscular group, TSIG). Results Between PG and TSIG, there were significant differences in the length of skin incision, the operative time, intraoperative blood loss and the VAS on first day after operation( P <0.05). There were significant differences in the anterior vertebral body height and Cobb angle before and immediately after operation and at final follow-up between two groups(P >0.05). Compared to those before operation, the anterior vertebral body height and Cobb angle after operation were corrected significantly in both groups(P <0.05). Compared to those immediately after operation, there were no significant losses of the recovery of the anterior vertebral body height and Cobb angle at the final follow-up in both groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous pedicle screw fixation using Zina system in treating thoracolumbar fractures is comparable to trans-spatium intermuscular pedicle screw fixation.更多还原
