Aqueous polyurethane micelles blocked with methyl ethyl ketoxime(MEKO) were prepared using toluene diisocyanate(TDI),polyethylene glycol(PEG) and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA). PLAS analysis and SEM observation show that the micelles are nearly spherical particles with uniform particle size distribution.
