【摘要】 目的观察基于Braden量表预警干预对术中压疮的预防效果。方法 332例手术患者随机分为2组。对照组给予常规压疮干预,预警组采用Braden量表行术前评估并给予相应干预。比较两组手术时间、术毕受压部位皮肤情况、术后3 d压疮发生率及严重程度。结果两组手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。预警组术毕受压部位皮肤情况优于对照组(均P<0.01),术后3 d压疮发生率(6.0%vs 13.25%,P<0.05)及严重程度较低(Hc=7.290,P<0.01)。结论基于Braden量表的预警干预可有效降低术中压疮发生率及严重程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the preventive effect of warning intervention on intraoperative pressure ulcer based on Braden scale. Methods A total of 332 surgical patients were randomized to 2 groups: control group received conventional intervention for pressure ulcer,while warning group accepted relevant intervention using preoperative Braden scale. Operation time,postoperative skin condition of compressing sites,and 3-day incidence and severity of decubitus were compared between 2 groups. Results There was no difference of operation time between both groups(P>0.05). Compared with control group,postoperative skin condition was better(P<0.01) and 3-day incidence and severity of decubitus was lower in warning group(P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion The Braden scale-based warning intervention can effectively reduce the incidence and severity of intraoperative decubitus.更多还原
