【摘要】 目的回顾分析基层医院开展白内障扶贫手术的经验及疗效的总结。方法对我院从2009年9月-2013年9月开展的白内障手术2 456例(2 687只眼)的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 4年间,我院眼科圆满完成了对本县24个乡镇近5万人口的白内障筛查工作,完成了2 456例(2 687只眼)的扶贫白内障手术,术后1个月视力≥0.05者2 651只眼,脱盲率达98.7%;视力≥0.3者2 095只眼,脱残率为78.0%;无效(术后矫正视力<0.05)36只眼(1.3%)。结论基层级医院经过仔细的策划准备,完全有能力完成国家百万复明工程的任务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To retrospectively analyze the experience and efficacy of cataract surgery for poverty alleviation by primary hospitals. Methods Clinical data of 2 456 cases(2 687 eyes) of cataract surgeries conducted by our hospital from September 2009 to September 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results During the four years, Department of ophthalmology of our hospital successfully completed the screening of cataract among nearly 50 thousand population in 24 villages and towns of our county and conducted 2 456 cases(2 687 eyes) of cataract surgeries, of which there were 2 651 eyes with a vision ≥0.05 one month after operation, and visual recovery rate was up to 98.7%; 2 095 eyes with a vision ≥0.3, and the low vision rate was 78.0%; and 36 eyes(with a postoperative vision correction <0.05) were invalid(1.3%). Conclusion After thorough planning and preparation, primary hospitals have the ability to complete the task of vision restoration project for millions of people.更多还原
