何首乌50%乙醇洗脱部位中单体化合物的分离及纯化
Isolation and purification of 50% ethanol extract of Polygonum multiflorum
【摘要】 目的从何首乌50%乙醇洗脱部位中分离得到单体化合物。方法何首乌乙醇粗提液用旋转蒸发仪浓缩,经D101大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱子、凝胶柱子纯化,利用物理化学方法和核磁共振方法对获得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从何首乌50%乙醇洗脱部位中分离并鉴定出2个单体化合物:β-胡萝卜苷及Emodin-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,可用于何首乌单体化合物的分离。
【Abstract】 Objective To extract and isolate monomeric compounds from 50% ethanol extracts of Polygonum multiflorum. Methods Crude ethanol extract of Polygonum multiflorum was concentrated by rotary evaporator, and then purified by D101 macroporous resin, silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 columns. The componds were identified using physicochemical methods and nuclear magnetic resonance. Results Two monomeric compounds β-daucosterol and emodin-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside were isolated from 50% ethanol extracts of Polygonum multiflorum. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and sensitive for isolation of Polygonum multiflorum.
