大鼠弓状核β-内啡肽神经元数量变化与骨质疏松的相互关系
Relationship between alteration in number of the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus β-EP neurons and osteoporosis
【摘要】 目的研究弓状核β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性神经元数量变化与骨质疏松的关系。方法用4种典型骨质疏松动物模型和3种干预骨质疏松的实验,研究骨质疏松与弓状核β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性神经元数量变化的关系。结果 (1)4种典型的骨质疏松(去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松、糖皮质激素性骨质疏松、维甲酸诱发骨质疏松和老年性骨质疏松)都伴有弓状核β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性神经元数量减少;(2)骨质疏松骨量丢失减轻伴有弓状核β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性神经元数量增加;骨质疏松骨量丢失加重则伴有弓状核β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性神经元数量减少。结论大鼠下丘脑弓状核β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性神经元数量变化与骨质疏松(骨代谢改变)之间存在密切关系;骨量丢失的程度与弓状核β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性神经元数量密切相关。骨代谢变化受下丘脑-垂体-骨轴三级水平调控。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the alteration of the number of hypothalamic arcuate nucleus(ARC) β-EP neurons and the osteoporosis(OP). Methods Four animal models of osteoporosis and three experiments were used to study the relationship between the alteration of the number of hypothalamic arcuate nucleus(ARC) β-EP neurons and the osteoporosis. Results(1)Decrease of the number of ARC β-EP neurons were associated with four animal models of osteoporosis[ovariectomy-induced osteoporosis(OVX), glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis(GIOP), retinoic acid-induced osteoporosis(RAOP) and senile osteoporosis(SOP)];(2) Decrease of bone loss was accompanied by increase of the number of ARC β-EP neurons; increase of bone loss accompanied by decrease of the number of ARC β-EP neurons. Conclusion There is a close relationship between the alteration of the number of ARC β-EP neurons and osteoporosis(variation of bone metabolism); there is a close relationship between the degree of bone loss and the number of ARC β-EP neurons; Hypothalamus-pituitary-bone(HPB) axis regulates the mechanism of OP in rats.
