目的利用分子对接技术,探讨苦参黄酮类提取物与钠-葡糖共转运蛋白2(SGLT2)之间的作用关系。方法采用Molegro Virtual Docker(MVD)分子对接软件,以SGLT2同源蛋白2XQ2为受体模板,对从苦参中提取的5个黄酮类化合物进行分子对接研究。结果 5个化合物与2XQ2发生分子对接的MVD分值分别为-115.8、-129.0、-147.6、-104.1、-100.9 k J·mol-1。结论 5个苦参黄酮类提取物均可与2XQ2进行分子对接,对接的结合位点信息有助于该类化合物抑制SGLT2活性机制的阐释。
