广东某锡矿选矿工艺研究

【摘要】 针对广东某锡矿原矿主要有价矿物为锡石,及含少量硫化矿的矿石性质,采用"先浮选脱硫,再重选锡"的原则流程回收锡.在原矿锡品位1.28%的条件下,通过全工艺流程试验获得锡精矿品位65.74%、回收率71.99%的指标.

【Abstract】 A tin ore contains 1.28% of Sn and 2.51% of S in Guangdong. According to the property of raw ore, a combination circuit of gravity separation and flotation was used to recover tin. The results of micro laboratory flotation test indicate that the basic flow of "removing sulfur by flotation, roughing and concentrating tin by spiral chute and table" is an effective way to collect tin. And a tin concentrating with tin grade of 65.74% and recovery of 71.99% was obtained from the close-circuit test.
