【摘要】 规模化养猪场常出现病毒与细菌混合感染疾病,严重影响我国养猪业的发展。广东某猪场的猪群发病,病猪表现为高热、嗜睡、精神沉郁、咳嗽、皮肤发红、眼结膜发炎、腹式呼吸等临床症状,发病率40%、病死率60%。通过病理剖检、细菌分离鉴定、药敏试验和RT-PCR等实验室检测,诊断为猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒变异株及副猪嗜血杆菌混合感染。在此基础上提出和实施了相应防治措施,疫病得到控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently, multi-infections of bacterial and viral diseases affected China’s pig industry seriously. Large number of pigs from a pig farm of Guangdong Province had high incidence and manifestations as hyperthermia, cough,decreased appetite, skin cyanosis, joint swelling and other clinic symptoms. Based on laboratory diagnosis on disease samples, the multi-infections with highly pathogenic PRRS virus, and Haemophilus parasuis were confirmed by bacterial isolation,RT-PCR, etc,and corresponsive counter-measures were applied to control this outbreak.更多还原
