某单层组合网壳的力学性能分析及设计
Mechanics Behavior and Design about the Single-layer Composite Reticulated Shell
【摘要】 某钢屋盖采用单层组合网壳体系,最大跨度为51m,局部悬挑跨度达8m,该组合形式综合了单层网壳与轻钢结构的优点,使两者组合形成协同工作状态,令悬挑端受力及变形得到改善。本文通过对该组合网壳结构模型进行线性静力分析、几何非线性整体稳定性分析,给出了其受力特点,最后对杆件截面选取方式提出建议,使结构用钢量少、受力合理,同时减少杆件种类、便于施工,为优化设计和施工提供了有益的参考。
【Abstract】 A steel roof structure is composed by single-layer composite reticulated shell system,and the maximum span is 51 m long,with the 8m cantilever span. Based on the structural features of single-layer reticulated shell and light steel structure,this combination form is working in collaborative status to improve the cantilever’s mechanic behaviors and displacement. The linear static mechanical analysis geometric nonlinearities global stability analysis is carried out for the composite reticulated shell FEA model in order to obtain their mechanical characteristics. Finally,suggestions are given about cross-sectional values which could cut down steel consumption,form logical bearing stress,and has much less types of bars which are easier to construction. The result provide valuable reference to design and construction.
